Competing successfully in a fast and data-driven world requires an organisation to be agile, flexible and precise. There is an increasing demand for quick delivery and project execution of all sorts. These pressures have therefore made program, project and service management (PPSM) a crucial quality.
Only 58% of organizations fully understand the value of project management.

The man in charge
Pavel Rajchl, a versatile Senior Director and MBA Pittsburgh University graduate, has over 19 years of experience in identifying, planning and managing complex strategic problems, in addition to leading global companies.
With the ability to think laterally and strategically develop project roadmaps, Pavel has built up a strong track record in introducing and delivering successful innovative solutions across both the public and private sectors.
In 2019, alongside his network of professionals, he’s decided to channel and combine his experience to take over projects for competitive IT businesses.
